NEW BEGINNINGS
Hello! My name is Eileen Gustina and I’m 14 years old. Unique Bites started as a small bite out of a cookie and turned into a small business in hopes of spreading kindness to people who have disabilities. I would like to educate and inspire our community about the multiple disabilities many kids and people deal with every day.
With each sale, we will donate to a local non-profit organization. In addition, as we grow, my goal is to hire individuals with special needs so they can obtain new skills, make new friends, and share their uniqueness around the world.

MY FAMILY
I’m Eileen (14), and I’m a high school freshman. I was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 2. I’ve had multiple surgeries, but my determination is stronger than the pain! I love soccer, arts and baking!
Next is my brother Ethan (13), and he is in the 7th grade. He was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 1. He has poor social skills and goes non-verbal at times. However, he is an incredible Lego builder, comic writer and robot maker!
Lastly, is my sister Bella (10), and she is now a 5th grader. She was diagnosed with Dyslexia when she was 6. She can read her numbers backwards! She is sweet and loves to help others. She is a great role model to our younger sister — Camila.
